Magnolia's

We travelled up into the Adelaide Hills on the weekend to celebrate Father's Day. After lunch at the Aldgate Pump hotel we went to the Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens. It turned out to be the most perfect day, weatherwise, since it was predicted to rain. Two years ago we went up and did the same thing - celebrated Father's Day lunch in Aldgate, followed by the gardens, which is when we discovered the amazing Magnolia hill! Seriously divine! I could have stayed and taken more photos of the flowers all afternoon. There are all types of magnolia, which are my most favourite flower! I really want to put one in the garden but am not sure how it would cope in the heat of the beachside, I still might try anyway!

As usual I had my beautiful little models on hand and ready to participate in some shots for me. A fun day out for us all!

Just a few of the things I loved about Germany. Gosh I love Europe - they really have so many wonderful things - architecture, history, amazing hot chocolate, delicious cakes, wonderful weather, gardens that blew my mind, art and the languages! Love love love languages!

It's been over 4 years now since I began capturing the Drury family from their wedding, pregnancies, christenings and now two gorgeous girls. Our sessions are always a delight and full of energy. Thanks for having me back again amidst all the madness and busy'ness of our lives!

A superb day down at Semaphore today! Today's shoot was a double whammy with 2 families in one. Super fun and the perfect weather for it.

Edward

Before I went to Germany for my month getaway (if you can indeed call managing a team of 26 people a 'getaway'!) I was fortunate to photograph Jess, Darren and their new addition, Edward. He was simply adorable and those beautiful eyes had me melting!

Getting together at the beach

Even for a brisk winter morning the light was perfect to capture the Bandiera family. I am also in love with the wintery trees at the moment - all bare with no leaves, so pretty!
